Doctors are drug dealers and pill pushers. Very few will ever recommend anything like this or even understand how they work and what they do.
Doctors really don't know anything outside of their limited books and limited big pharma studies
Laughable
I purchased a heavy duty infrared sauna blanket 1.5 years ago.
One of the best investments I’ve ever made.
-I use it 6-7 days per week for 20-30 minutes each day/session
-I actually wear a long sleeve sauna suit with hood & pants during my sessions
-My blanket is a little larger than the one shown in the video. This allows me to cover my head with the blanket (along with the sauna suit hood) as this makes it even hotter. I leave enough of an opening so I can breath comfortably.
-I also do a daily very hot bath soak
The above activities have really enhanced my health & appearance.
No question my weight and blood sugar & insulin levels are down as a result and the quality of my sleep has improved as well.
Where's the link for the blanket?
Used a professional infrared sauna blanket 5 years ago as part of my weight loss program with The Fast Metabolism Diet. Did 1-2 sauna sessions for 5 weeks and lost 18 lbs and kept it off. After putting weight on through the pandemic I decided it was cost effective to buy my own. I honestly love it. I have had soreness in my elbows for months and was concerned it was the beginning of arthritis… after 3 sessions its noticeably diminished and often does not hurt at all. I bought Higher Dose and am very happy with the decision : )
What about gym saunas? Like the HOTWORX gym… I’m sitting on one of their exercise bikes now at a gym… it’s not heat from lights it’s dry heat no lights…. Like a heater. Sauna wooden box with exercise equipment in it…. Short workouts, immense thirst about 10 min after exiting… drink a gallon of water before, during, after, in total….
How do you keep these clean with all that sweating?
These things make me feel starving 😫 does that happen to anyone else
That one Dr on the left got so much botox it's hard to look at him 😬
So they use it once and give a verdict of "Buzz or Bust" based on that single subjective experience? Would that ever fly for medication?
Beware Sauna blankets even the ones advertised at zero EMF have high EMF. Just exercise and take hot soaking baths to sweat.
I think the doctors need to do their homework on the serious benefits of sauna including its use for arthritis patients, building the immune system and all the other positive influences with Heat Shock Proteins…
Just lazy workout is better
Burning half of 600 calories on a treadmill in an hour is hard, supposedly?! Wtf. What absolute nonsense. You can burn 300 calories in an hour just by walking, FFS!
Great recommendation, the doctors don't rate its detox ability. I'm getting one 😅
Of course the result was 50/50 lol
I have one and its bloody brilliant. That woman is a dimwit
well the tv doctors in the paid infomercial said it's great so i'll put myself in a microwave why not
I paid $250
Are these people really qualified doctors? I’ve seen a few clips of them before and they seem very false
The entire panel looks like they get weekly Botox smh
My electric blanket broke after 3 months
I don't want to sweat in my sleep
Typical TV daytime fluff show. No real, factual information at all about the product.
This is to repair muscles not get a workout.
