  1. A sauna is for steam n we use it for cutting weight n u sit n think but it doesn't take ur problem away or make u feel extraordinary, at first maybe but don't listen to everything Joe Rogan say's, plus ur a none addict listening to a addict

Yes a cold plunge will complete it just make sure you dont fall asleep in it without a timer i did it once and i was in hospital for 6 months recovering so be careful and they really help im diagnosed borderline personality disorder and it helped me alot and still dose just with a timer now lol 😆

  3. Before you buy a cold plunge, start taking cold water soaks in your bath for 5-10 minutes. So many physical and mental health affects! Add Epsom Salts to lower muscle fatigue, soreness and general body body fatigue too! Don’t need to buy a really expensive cold plunge if you can push yourself to take cold baths
