  3. A sauna is wonderful for aches, pains, but detox and "pulling toxins out of your body" – not to buzzkill but not in some "powerful" way. It does happen in a very micro amount. Our bodies do detox on their own and are extremely efficient in doing so via kidney/liver. What helps you the most, avoiding putting them back in the first place, healthy foods, good fresh water, exercise. Sweat is 99% water combined with a small amount of salt, proteins, carbohydrates and urea. Do consult your doctor and research for more information.

  5. I do it daily. It detoxes VERY DEEPLY, My skin has cleared up, helps with ppst workout soreness (can reduce pain by 90%), helps me sweat, and assists with my weightloss efforts (maybe all the fat cells releasing toxins?). Im sure it boosts my immunity. DAILY.PRACTICE.

  7. Detoxing is not a thing. Eating at balanced diet and exorcise will keep you healthy. A sauna increases blood circulation and like exorcising is good for you. That’s it. You don’t need to bla bla bla detox.
